In Windows, there is an option for the windows to cover the whole screen, including the task bar, when you maximize them; it's nice to have if you need maximum space for the contents of your window and/or want to focus on just that window, with no distractions. This should be an option in Ubuntu, too. It could be placed within the window preferences.

Even though, I like the current busy cursor, I thought that would be much original if, instead of the MAC_Loading Animation to busy cursor, would be the ubuntu logo rotating around its origin.
Also this might be done for Kubuntu and Xubuntu, too, with their own logos.
Please excuse my English!

specifically.. in the panels.. you have the ability to just right click.. and change the transparency.. what i would like to see added .. is the ability to do this to the menu bars (applications, places, system).. and add a "font color" slider.. so that if we want everything clear.. there is an easy to find and understand way of changinng the font to white or whatever color becomes visible for the user.. and doesn't change system-wide... only with the panel and menu
