If Ubuntu wants to be a serious operating system they need to fix video playing on sites like Youtube and such. My browser always crashes and it is very annoying having to force quit all the time.

I am glad that there is more laptop preinstalled with ubuntu on sale. However their salesman (especially during conventions/IT shows) do no seem to know much about ubuntu/linux when promoting their laptops besides that they are cheaper than the windows models.
Therefore, I am suggesting that we come out with an "Idiot's Guide To Selling Ubuntu Laptops" targeting at sales personnel. This will then be distributed to companies selling those laptop and they will be able to disseminate to their sales people.
The guide should include faqs like "What is the difference between windows and ubuntu", questions on support... etc... These may already be on the internet/wikis but we will need to compile them into a single document.
On a related note, we may then use this as a foundation to create a 'Getting Started to Ubuntu" guide that will be provided to companies for them to be packed together with other documentations.
