      <title><![CDATA[[-17] Splash Screens]]></title>

      <description><![CDATA[Integrated gnome applications like OOo should have splash screens which change with the gnome theme.  For example, the default theme for ubuntu is brown, and so is the splash screen  for OOo.<br /><br />However, if I change the default ubuntu theme to a blue one, the OOo splash screen remains brown but the OOo applications change to blue.<br /><br />The splash screens should also get affected be more integrated so they are influenced by the chosen theme so ubuntu looks and feels better.<br /><br />This should happen with all integrated gnome applications.<br />
