Many ideas are worded like solutions. Many ideas and solutions are worded with inaccurate or non-standard terminology, or with the wrong concepts.
All this confuses users of brainstorm.ubuntu.com; it makes them talk past each-other and vote incorrectly (not as they would if they understood the idea or solution). It also pollutes the list of ideas and makes browsing all ideas more difficult.
Have a section on brainstorm where we can see the top 10 developer picks for the month. This will do many things:
1. Get developers to see and pay attention to this website. (I hope that they already do)
2. Let the community know that the developers actually do see and pay attention to this website.
3. Draw support or opposition to ideas that developers may be thinking about including in the next release.
4. Let the community know what sort of things that the developers are interested in seeing in Ubuntu :D
5. Give positive feedback to the contributors by letting them know that they made the top 10, even if their idea takes a long time or never actually gets implemented.

When I share my idea link through facebook, I cannot include my idea vote status in my link. A way to include vote status image in Facebook may help Ubuntu users promoting their idea...

What ways could Ubuntu, and in particular Ubuntu Brainstorm, be promoted?
I think Windows users will be surprised to see they can actually have a say in the operating system, and that their say can be democratically heard (or at least, more democratically than the certain other OS).
In what (creative) ways can we get the message out there?

often I go wrong when I write the title of ideas and many of you are also going the same.
Now, it is not appropriate that we were able to change our idea's title whenever we want, because this will confuse a lot of people.
I often find myself copying files between the same groups of locations. As it stands, I need to individually open tabs for each location with which I want to work. If Nautilus bookmarks could open multiple tabs, it could make Nautilus more task based (I need to sort the files in my Firefox Downloads folder to better locations) instead of path based (I need to open ~/temp, ~/Documents, ~/Videos, etc.). My bookmarks would naturally be named things like "Sort Downloads" and would be both more useful and less numerous.
