Let people be positive, and not kill ideas

Seems too many demote ideas because they want to look better them selves (competiotion among ideas and among solutions).

Solution #1: Only possible to promote an idea, not demote it

If you only have the possibility to promote (+1) an idea, you will be focused on the positive side of things, instead of demoting other stuff to make the things you promote look better.

I think it will also make Brainstorm a place that doesn't kill ideas.

To better show the most popular solution, the one with the most promotions should sort highest.
